The serial director Praveen Bennett was impressed with Alya through the reality dance show. He was searching for a suitable actress to perform the lead female role in his new serial. He liked Alya and approached her with his offer. Since she liked the storyline, Alya Manas agreed to act in the serial. The serial was titled as “Raaja Raani” and was aired by Vijay TV. “Ke Apon Ke Por”, a Bengali serial served as the inspiration for “Raaja Rani”. We can even call it a remake of the Bengali serial.
